  • Chelsea face Liverpool at Anfield tonight in the EFL Cup.
  • Maurizio Sarri has made a number of changes to his side.
  • What do you think of our starting eleven for the game, Blues?

Chelsea visit Anfield to face Liverpool in the EFL Cup this evening, and as expected Maurizio Sarri has shuffled his pack.

The Blues host Liverpool at the weekend in the Premier League. With the current standings of the Premier League table having the two sides right at the summit, that game will likely be the priority for both managers.

The EFL Cup is merely a inconvenience in truth. It’s great if you win it, but if you don’t, it’s just another set of fixtures for you to contend with. With Chelsea competing in the Europa League, we could really do without it.

Regardless, Sarri is not going to surrender and allow Liverpool to progress without putting up a fight. The team he has fielded tonight is more than good enough to get the result, even with the Italian making a number of changes.

Victor Moses starts on the wing. Is that the correct decision, Blues? Or did someone else deserve an opportunity to impress Sarri? Let us know what you think of the full starting eleven in the comments!
